November 30, 2023. In the afternoon, the World Bank Thailand team, the DNPF’s management team, faculty members and students from Early Childhood Department, Surindra Rajabhat University, and the management team of Narong SAO joined hands in painting playground equipment and improving the surroundings of Narong SAO ECD Center.

December 1, 2023. The World Bank Thailand team and the DNPF’s management team observed the experience provision process at Ban Sawai ECD Center and Ban Rasai ECD Center, Muang District, Surin.

December 4, 2023. The DNPF’s management team and the technical team, teachers and the ECD Centers’ management teams participated in the online workshop on strengthening teachers as coaches, presented by Khun Elaine Ding.

December 7, 2023. The DNPF’s management team and the technical team, faculty members from Surindra Rajabhat University and Roi Et Rajabhat University, the Chief Administrator of the SAO, Director of Education Division, academics, and teachers from the ECD Centers made a study visit to Plearnpattana School, Thawi Wattana, Bangkok.

December 13, 2023. The DNPF team visited Wat Ou Lok ECD Center, Lamduan District to provide coaching to teachers using the floating eggs activity to promote cognitive development and observation skills to distinguish differences.

December 14, 2023. The DNPF team visited Ban Yang-Sritawan ECD Center, Sikhoraphum District to provide coaching to teachers using the forest adventure activity to promote physical competence and physical health and develop gross motor skills through jumping and balancing.

December 21, 2023. The DNPF team visited Ban Pokong ECD Center, Prasat District to provide coaching to teachers using the beautiful deer activity to promote emotional development, allowing children to express their feelings freely, cheerfully, happily and relaxed.

December 22, 2023. The DNPF team visited Ban Sawai ECD Center, Muang District, Surin to provide coaching to teachers using puzzle blocks to promote social skills. Children learned to follow the rules, do activities with the others, team building and sharing.

January 3, 2024. The DNPF team visited Wat Saengsawangradbumrung ECD Center, Buached District to provide coaching to teachers on activities that promote learning and thinking development using the magical box activity. Children learned to use the five senses, which include hearing, sight, touch, smell and taste.

January 8, 2024. The DNPF team visited Ban Sra ECD Center, Prasat District to provide coaching to teachers on activities that promote physical development using the forest adventure activity. Children practiced balancing, movement, using gross motor skills to jump, play and do activities with the others.

January 10, 2024. The DNPF team visited Ban Yang-Sritawan ECD Center, Sikhoraphum District to organize activities together with parents and the community. Local scholars shared local wisdom on bamboo basketry to make household utensils and fish catching appliances such as a threshing basket, a colander, a fish trap and a creel.
